Amongst many things that can keep you sane, working out is the most recommended one.

I will share my routine below. Right now, however, I am following routines by Anabolic Aliens, the man is a beast and a friend through the sets, love him. How good is he? I think, I am imitating his grunts, heh. Hat tip to my neighbour and Krav Maga expert Siddharth aka Siddhu for introducing me to Anabolic Aliens.

Pre-workout:

  1. 300 skips or for 3 minutes, whichever comes first
  2. Arm rotations (3 variations)
  3. Jumping jacks (30)
  4. Torso rotations

Workout:

  1. Squats (30)
  2. Lunges (30)
  3. Push ups (30)
  4. Back dips (30)
  5. SuryaNamaskar (10)

Cool-downs:

  1. BEND OVER TO THE FRONT to Touch your toes
  2. Neck rotation, clockwise and anti-clockwise
  3. Baby’s yawn/pose
  4. Side spine stretches
  5. Butterfly leg fold(regular + pulse)
  6. Knee — to — chest pose
  7. Seated forward bend
  8. Upper body stretch
  9. Side by side hand stretch
  10. Leg raises to relax

Cool downs are more important than the workout itself. You don’t want to skimp on that.
